Registration to the Conference

Below is a detailed fee for participating in the conference.

The registration fee for doctors and residents includes:

  • participation in scientific sessions and company exhibitions,
  • conference materials,
  • refreshments during coffee breaks and lunch.

Fees details

Below you will find detailed information on the costs of participation for individual groups of participants.

Doctors - paying PTKP membership fees

  • 300,00 pln until march 10, 2021,
  • 400,00 pln until may 1, 2021,
  • 500,00 pln on the spot.

Doctors - not paying membership fees of PTKP

  • 500,00 pln until march 10, 2021,
  • 600,00 pln until may 1, 2021,
  • 650,00 pln on the spot.

Residents

  • 200,00 pln until march 10, 2021,
  • 250,00 pln until may 1, 2021,
  • 300,00 pln on the spot.

Students

  • 100,00 pln until march 10, 2021,
  • 150,00 pln until may 1, 2021,
  • 200,00 pln on the spot.

Nurses

  • 200,00 pln until march 10, 2021,
  • 250,00 pln until may 1, 2021,
  • 300,00 pln on the spot.

Gala dinner at hotel Ambasador Premium ****

  • 150,00 pln
  • Please note: Dinner available only to previously declared persons.

Resignation

Written resignation from participation in the Conference should be reported to the organizer’s address or by e-mail to the following address: i.j.strzelecka@gmail.com

In the event of resignation, the participant is entitled to a refund of the registration fee less handling costs:

  • cancellation submitted from the moment of payment up to 30 days before the Conference – handling costs are 10%
  • resignation submitted 29 to 15 days before the Conference – handling costs 35%
  • resignation submitted 14 days before the Conference – the participant is not entitled to a refund.
